Most if not all jurisdictions and registered agents are similar in function, the following text can be thought of as guidelines of what you would expect when forming your company.

Incorporating your company:
Incorporation is fairly straight forward, the following are the common few industry-standardized steps:

Ordering
Response
Due Diligence and KYC (Know Your Client)
Registration
Certification (Apostille)
Payment
Courier
Renewal

Ordering
Fill the order form and email to us. The same order form can be used for shelf companies.
Along with the order form, the due diligence documentations must be sent.

Response
When we obtain your concluded order-form, we will assess it to make sure all particulars and requirements are met. We will then make a name check and revert with outcome and suggestions if any.A "standard" company provided name is approved and requirements submitted may be incorporated the same day. But depending on your choice of jurisdiction (we recommend Seychelles), factors such as time zones (GMT +4) can extend the processing time a little ( a few hours). Customized structures “usually” get the same treatment, but might take a tad longer due to their, sometimes, complex natures, which may need legal opinion and/or clarifications.

DUE DILIGENCE AND KYC (Know Your Client)
Legislations and strict company policies require that we must properly identify and know who our client and the beneficial owner(s) of companies are (usage of nominee is permitted). As such, before proceeding any further, we need to obtain the following documents:

These same legislations also provide mechanisms which protects your identity. No information pertaining to you or your company shall be shared with any organizations, authorities or governments

Registration
Reaching this point means that all necessary requirements have been met. All documents will be prepared by registered agent, stamped and registered by their respective authorities. These include the Memorandum of Association, the Articles of Association and the Certificate of Incorporation. Mandatory with the minimum local presence requirements, your company will also need a Registered Address and Registered Agent, these are provided for you.

Certification
Most legal systems and institutions of the world will not recognise documents from another country based on its contents or even the signature on the documents. Certification is "legalising", having the document made "official" by having it notorised by a public notary, then apostilled by a supreme court registrar thereby rendering it recognisable the world over. You would need your documents (powers of attorney, certificates etc...) certified if you want to use it with banks, other businesses or in almost any manner outside of the country of origin.

Payment
Before any documents are dispatched, we must be in receipt of payment, or proof of payment. For regular clients averaging five companies per week, alternatives can be arranged. Payment must be effected via wire transfer.

Courier
All your company documents will be delivered by courier service. Sometimes clients opt for registered mail, however, this method of dispatch is strongly discouraged as it is very risky sinceoften documents are damaged upon receipt, time consuming and even never reach it's destination. Thus as company policy dispatch by registered mail is not encouraged and in circumstances still opted by client we are not responsible for any circumstances whatsoever which may be derived. Depending on destination, the delivery time by courier may vary between two to four days maximum.

Renewal
A registered company needs to be renewed annually, not later than its date of registration, else it shall cease to be in good standing. Futher more, a penalty fine is levied for each day past the renewal date.
